Remembering Alan

As many of you are aware, Alan was responsible for creating the Brotherhood website over 20 years ago and my website during Covid. He built them and kept them updated for all this time, along with being an admin on Facebook, he kept on top of things when I couldn't. He helped technically with everything I needed when I got in a jam, he could always help find a solution.
Heartbreakingly, back in April we lost him after an illness that ended very suddenly and unexpectedly.
He became one of my very closest friends over the last 20 years and although he lived in Wales & me the Midlands, we all shared many family holidays, days out, he was at all the big shows and we spoke constantly on the phone. I miss him and always think of him.
The website stopped being updated whilst I decided what to do and how to move forward with it. I decided that I had to try and keep the websites going after he spent so much time working with them over the years. Unfortunately, after pursuing many options it was ultimately decided that a redesign was the only option as the original sites were built on a platform with older software and programmed in code. I could not do that going forward as I did not have the knowledge or software and no developer had access to the software to keep it up to date as it was.
Alan was the only one that could have kept it going as it was.
So, here we are, with an updated version of what Alan created. We have tried our best to model this site on the pages that he created, and although it looks different and operates different, the pages are ultimately how Alan originally mapped them out and the developer put this site together by looking at what Alan had done with the older version and working with me to keep it in line with that.
Thank you Alan, for all you did for us over all these years, you were the 3rd Brotherhood!!
